The ins and outs of Next11

Approximately 190–200 national teams compete in qualifying tournaments within the scope of continental confederations for a place in the finals. The finals tournament is held every four years and involves 32 national teams competing over four weeks.

Disrupting inequality.

We use our voice to disrupt inequality in football and advocate for change in society through investments and activism. We want to open up the game to everyone: We promote female role models in football, we support ‘coming out’ in football and we drive immigrant youth participation in football.

Democratizing data in football

We work hard to create an environment which encourages and supports footballers of all kinds to do their best and are proud to help level out access to top-class performance data. Our mission is to give every footballer data as if they were playing Champions League.

It's about more than goals.

N11 commits to make sure that the next generation of football talent is more diverse, less injured, happier, and better athletes. When you ask kids why they play football, no one answers ‘to win’. They’ll say they play to learn something new, to be with their friends, and have fun. Yet the only data we have given footballers is ‘number of goals’.

Track new skills.

Inspirational data.

Educate the football world.

Our ambition is to track, nuance and celebrate performance - not just a match result. We want to make sure that the data revolution doesn’t result in even higher dropout rates in football. We commit to educating the football world on how to work with data in sustainable and aspirational ways for players.

Celebrate development.

Nuance performance.

Rapidly shift football culture.

We believe that by amplifying female athletes and talents from all four corners of the world, we can rapidly shift football culture. Instead of accepting things as they are, Next11 approaches all decisions with a mentality of, ‘How can we build this into something amazing for the players and for the football community?’

Giving players exposure.

Level out the playing field.
