Welcome to Next11.

We want you to know and understand your rights and our rights relating to the provision of the Services (as defined below). You agree to comply with these terms and conditions and any supplemental terms which Next11 makes available to you on the Services which shall form part of the terms and conditions (the “Terms”).


Please review the Terms carefully.

Here are a few highlights:

●     We expect you to be respectful and we can cancel your account if you act inappropriately.

Next11 Services.

The Next11 website and mobile applications (collectively, the “Services”) are made available to you by Next11 Technologies ApS, company reg. (CVR) no. 39290782,Blegdamsvej 6, 2200 Copenhagen, Denmark (hereinafter referred to as “Next11”,we, us, our, or similar wording). We have developed the features, services and software available at https://next11.com and in the related app.

Processing of Personal Data.

Please read our privacy policy in which we describe how we process personal data about you.

Registrations & Accounts.

The Services are intended solely for persons who are 13 years old or such higher age required in your country to use the Services. In consideration of your use of the Services, you represent that you are not a person barred from receiving Services under the laws of any applicable jurisdiction. To use the Services, you must register.

The use of the basic functionality of the Services are free. In order to access certain functionality of the Services, you may be required to pay subscription fees - go to 'Pricing' on this website for current fees.

Any use of the Services which involve financial obligations for the user require prepayment by credit card and therefore your parent or legal guardian is considered having reviewed and agreed to the Terms on your behalf before registering.  

When registering you agree to: (a) provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself (“Athlete Data”) and (b) maintain and promptly update the Athlete Data. You agree that Next11 may use your Athlete Data to provide Services that you accessor use and as otherwise set forth in these Terms. If you provide any Athlete Data that is inaccurate or not current, or Next11 has reasonable grounds to suspect that such Athlete Data is inaccurate or not current, Next11 has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse current or future use of the Services.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password associated with your account and for restricting access to your password, your computer and mobile device while logged into the Services. You accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or from your computer and mobile devices. We endeavor to use reasonable security measures to protect against unauthorized access to your account. We cannot, however, guarantee absolute security of your account, your Athlete Data or the personal information you provide, and we cannot promise that our security measures will prevent third-party “hackers” from illegally accessing the Services or its contents. You agree to immediately notify Next11 of any unauthorized use of your account or password, or any other breach of security, and confirm that you understand all risks of unauthorized access to Athlete Data and any other information or content you provide toNext11.


In order to access certain functionality of the Services, you may be required to pay subscription fees - go to 'Pricing' on this website for current fees. Subscription fees, along with any required taxes, may be paid on a monthly or annual basis. All subscription fees are payable in advance. If changing from monthly to annual subscriptions, you will have the annual rates take effect at the beginning of the next billing date. You agree to pay the subscription fees, and other charges you incur in connection with your Next11 account, whether on a one-time or subscription basis. Next11 reserves the right to increase subscription fees, any associated taxes, or to institute new fees at any time upon reasonable advance notice.

In order to get access to the Services which require paying a subscription fee, It is the Athletes responsibility to make sure that the email address used to signup in the app and the e-mail address used when paying the subscription are identical.


Subscription fees will be billed automatically at the start of the monthly or annual period, as applicable. These fees will auto-renew until your subscription is downgraded or terminated. Your subscription fee will be the same as your initial charges unless you are otherwise notified in advance. You may cancel your subscription at any time, as described below.

Full refund.

You will receive a full refund within fourteen (14) days, provided that you have not logged in or otherwise redeemed or started to use the Services as a subscriber during the first 14 days after you sign signed up for the Services as a subscriber.

Cancellation of subscription.

You may cancel your subscription by visiting your “Account” page  and selecting "downgrade/end" subscription.  The cancellation of a subscription will go into effect at the end of your current billing cycle. When your subscription ends, your account will remain and become a free subscription. You can renew your subscription at anytime without opening a new account, although the subscription fees may have increased. You can delete your account at any time.

Free trials.

Your subscription may start with a free trial. The free trial period for any subscription will last for the period of time specified when you signed up. Free trials may not be combined with certain other offers, as specified. If you begin your subscription with a free trial, we will begin billing your selected payment method for subscription fees at the end of the free trial period of your subscription unless you cancel your subscription prior to the end of the free trial period. Your payment method will be authorized for up to approximately one month of service as soon as you register for a free trial. In some instances, your available balance or credit limit may be reduced to reflect the authorization; however, no charges will be made against the Payment Method unless you do not cancel prior to the end of your free trial period. You may cancel your subscription at any time by going to your account settings.

You may only enlist for one Free Trial. We may at our discretion implement measures to prevent you from enlisting in more than one Free Trial. If you have previously been granted a Free Trial, and you sign up for a new Free Trial, we may terminate your Free Trial and block your access to the App without notice.


To pay any fee, you must designate and provide information about your preferred payment method (e.g., credit card). If you provide your payment information, you authorize us and certain third party service providers, payment card networks and payment processors to receive, store and encrypt your payment information. You may switch to a different payment method or update your information by visiting your account page. No refunds or credits will be provided by Next11, other than as set forth in these Terms. If your payment provider determines that there are fraudulent charges on your account resulting from use of your payment method at the Services, please contact us immediately via hello@next11.com.

If a payment fails due to an expired card, insufficient funds or for any other reason and you do not give notice to terminate the Agreement, we may suspend your access to the App until we have received your payment.

When you buy a subscription on next11.com make sure to create an account with the same email address used when creating your account on the app.


You own the information, data and photographs made available to Next11 in connection with the Services (“Content”). You grant us a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, publicly perform and display any Content and any name, username or likeness that you post on or in connection with the Services in all media formats and channels now known or later developed without compensation to you. This license ends when you delete your Content or your account. After deletion of your account Next11 keeps the rights to use your tracking data anonymized.


We reserve the right to update and change the functionality of the Services from time to time, for example to introduce new features or to remove features that are not used at all or only to a limited extent.

We are entitled to change the Terms from time to time by giving three months’ prior notice in writing to the most recent email address you have supplied to us, including the right to change our prices for the future. For example these Terms may be changed to take account of new functionality. Separate price changes may for example occur in the event that our cost of delivering the Services increases.

If you do not wish to accept any changes made by us, you are always entitled to terminate the subscription as set out above.

Errors & liability.

If you are a consumer, the general rules of Danish law on liability and damages are applicable, including the principles set out in the provisions of the Danish Sale of Goods Act governing non-conformity in consumer sales contracts. If you are a consumer residing in another country than Denmark, mandatory provisions of your local law may also apply.

If you are not a consumer, the following applies:

We do not warrant that the Services will operate in particular ways or is capable of meeting any needs you may have.

We exclude and disclaim liability, both directly or indirectly, for any losses and expenses arising from the functioning of the Services in a particular way or from the non-functionality of the Services. This implies that we assume no liability for any losses you may suffer as a result of the Services functioning in a particular way or not functioning at all.

Fair use and sharing of content.

You agree to only use the Services for lawful purposes and without infringing any third-party rights.

You are responsible for not infringing any third-party rights when using the Services, for example when you share information.

You are personally responsible for the content of information you share through the Services, and we are not responsible or liable for any content shared by other users. If you experience any content you believe is infringing and/or unlawful, you may contact us at hello@next11.com, and we will then determine whether the content should be removed.

We have the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse current or future use of the Services without notice if we deem that you are not using the Services in a fair and/or lawful way.

Governing law and disputes.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with Danish law, with the exception of the Danish conflict of laws rules. If you are a consumer residing in another country than Denmark, mandatory provisions of your local law may also apply.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including but not limited to disputes regarding the existence or validity of the Terms, must be brought before the Danish courts of law.

If you are a consumer and the conditions for complaining are met, you can also file a complaint with the Centre for Complaints Resolution at https://naevneneshus.dk/start-din-klage/center-for-klageloesning-og-forbrugerklagenaevnet/. The address of the Centre for Complaints Resolution is: Centre for Complaints Resolution, Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, Denmark. If you are a consumer residing in another country than Denmark, you may also be able to file a complaint elsewhere.
